Architecture and Engineering Occupations drive power industry hiring activity

Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Architecture and Engineering Occupations, which accounted for 7% of the total new job postings in Q3 2023 and were down by 18% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 7% and drop by 37% year-on-year, and third highest were Sales and Related Occupations, which were 16% of the new job postings and 39% higher year-on-year.

Top five companies in power industry accounted for 95% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Siemens with 892, followed by LONGi Solar Technology with 408, while the highest increase was at Siemens Energy at 52%.
